John 8:32(NKJV)         And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.” 

2 Corinthians 3:16        “Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom.”

The truth should set you free..

The gospel l knew was a gospel of perfection . And so l pretended to be perfect. I wanted to be loved and to fit in so would study people.  If they thought l was quiet l would be that to them. In that life l tell you l had many friends.  Yet inside l was screaming to be myself.

If you have to please your friends for you to keep them, then they are not your friends anyways.

I thank God that he is teaching me His truth, l am in the process of being transformed. Having been rejected in many occasions left me determined to never be vulnerable. So l lived a covered up life.

 God loves you just as you are, you don’t need to be perfect. Just be the you he created …

In being vulnerable, in sharing my story , in being truthful l have found joy and freedom.
